SETTING OBJECTIVES AND ITS MISSION
Cultural Association The Oasis was founded in September of 2009 in Turin by a group of people from the worlds of social work, training, architecture and homeless people who want to promote a culture on the territory of integration, equality, empowerment and active involvement of people homeless.
It will pursue exclusively charitable purposes and to produce benefits for people disadvantaged through educational, cultural, charitable, sporting, having precisely the aim of contributing to growth and individual and social formation, giving rise to a viable social space for such individuals.
The association is free from political or religious affiliations pursuing a more shared calendar and shared moral and social responsibility.

1. Area-cultural training
The activities carried out by members in cultural-educational activity began before the establishment of the Association or, since 2008, with a long and meticulous work at the middle and high schools and the city area, the work was done by volunteers from both partners in the last period the staff has worked with different associations and the Municipality of Turin and the Piedmont Region.
Possible activities: cultural activities, training, work and research.
2. Area animation
The activity of several members have their origins in animation since 2007, with work developed in the area of \u200b\u200bhousing in the course Racconigi District 3, Torino.

From December 2010 in collaboration with the Associazione Culturale Centipede Ex Drovetti CTP and we have activated a WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN OF ITALIAN FOREIGN that we are engaged in the same CTP ex Drovetti within the larger project "Play It Again, Sam."
The workshop aims to support activities to learning Italian, for kids who are for the most part, of recent or recent immigration.
The theme of the workshop is the territory this theme allows you to meet two of the most pressing needs of foreign students:
- the Italian language learning revisited and conveyed through a historical and architectural knowledge of the territory.

Area animation
